舒弹丝纤维梳理技术探讨

摘要:为提高生物质弹性短纤维舒弹丝的梳理质量,介绍舒弹丝纤维的性能特点,对比分析舒弹丝纤维比例、针布配置及各工艺参数3大因素对舒弹丝纤维盖板充塞程度及棉结粒数的影响,即:舒弹丝纤维比例越高,盖板充塞程度及棉结粒数越高;盖板针布齿密降低,充塞程度及棉结粒数降低;锡林转速降低,充塞程度及棉结粒数降低。指出:舒弹丝纤维首次将弹力短纤维用于生产纱线,其纯纺可纺性差、可与多种原料混纺;纤维比例、梳棉针布配置和工艺参数等影响梳理盖板充塞程度及棉结粒数,生产时要优选纺织器材、尤其是优选梳棉针布以提高生条质量,并通过优化工艺参数提高成纱质量。

Discussion on Carding Technique of the Sustans Fiber

Abstract:In order to improve the carding quality of sustans fiber characterized as biomass elastic staple fiber,the performance characteristics of the sustans fibers are introduced,and the influence of the three major factors including the proportion of the sustans fiber, card clothing configuration and each process parameters on the filling degree of the sustans fiber in flat clothing and the number of neps are compared and analyzed.Videlicet, the higher the proportion of the sustans fiber,the higher the jamming degree of flat clothing and the number of neps;the lower the tooth density of flat clothing,the lower the filling degree of flat clothing and the number of neps;the lower the cylinder speed,the lower the jamming degree of flat clothing and the number of neps.It is pointed out that biomass elastic staple fiber is used to produce yarns as the sustans fiber for the first time,which has poor spin ability and can be blended with a variety of raw materials.The fiber proportion,carding needle clothing configuration and process parameters can affect the flat clothing jamming degree and the number of neps,so it is necessary to optimize textile accessories,especially the carding clothing to improve the quality of sliver,and improve the yarn quality by optimizing the process parameters in production.
